Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he served as Vice President at CCS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Infopark, Kochi, Kerala. Ltd., he provides comprehensive HR solutions across India and the Middle East, including recruitment, contract staffing, payroll processing, HR audits, HR analytics, compensation design, merger and acquisition HR integration, and organizational restructuring.

He also leads HCLD, a corporate training organization focused on leadership and capability development, and Resilient Minds, a mental wellness center dedicated to enhancing individual and organizational well-being.
