Throughout a distinguished career, he played a key role in the successful execution of major greenfield and brownfield projects and led manufacturing operations across Kerala and Gujarat.

He possesses extensive expertise in the production of fused and ceramic alumina, silicon carbide, and fused zirconia, along with renewable energy, power management, energy conservation, sustainability initiatives, quality systems, customer service, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR), and project management.

He has successfully delivered numerous projects that enhanced operational efficiency, product quality, and business profitability, including the development of new processing facilities, plant optimization initiatives, and the implementation of advanced quality standards and certifications.

He also undertook overseas assignments in project management and operations and contributed as a senior leader to the development of long-term strategic business plans. He is passionate about driving innovation, sustainable manufacturing, operational excellence, and building high-performance, collaborative teams.
