Is a Post Graduate in Management with over decades of experience in corporate world. His expertise includes Organisational Restructuring, Change Management, Business Process reengineering, Design and Implementation of Management Systems and Corporate Training. The last corporate engagement he held was Vice President, CCS Technologies (P) Ltd., Infopark, Cochin.

Success comes when the entire organization is aligned and motivated towards a single clear goal. His expertise lies in aligning the business agenda and the talent agenda, by enabling holistic leadership at all levels.

He is a results-oriented, seasoned consultant keen in solving client’s top-of-the-mind business issues with solutions based on industry thought leadership, innovation, and best practices. Work effectively with all personnel levels staff addressing their strategic, tactical, and operational issues, challenges, and risks. He is a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and effective communicator with strong work ethics.

His last assignment was in IT after that he started Himaharsham Group of Companies. Under the umbrella of Himaharsham Group he is running Resorts, Training Company (HCLD), Schools etc.
